ROADMAP TO YOUR HOME !

1. Work with a highly experienced REALTOR®. to begin the process. We interview Buyers to build a lasting relationship, build trust in our ability to help and so the buyer can identify all goals and any problems they may forsee.

2. Pre-qualify with an experienced lender Discuss your goals and needs with a Mortgage Lender or Banker. iAccessHomes has multiple lenders on our team that we have worked with for years. These are independently owned lenders with no affiliation with iAccessHomes. The lender will pull your official tri-merge credit report and review it with you and along with debt and income information they will determine the price range home for which you can qualify.
3. You are now free to begin looking at homes because you have letter of Loan Pre-Approval that states what price home you can buy and terms of the loan. You are pre-approved for a loan, with conditions!!

4. iAccessHomes will search the MLS data base and other sources to show you homes similar to what you have outlined. In areas you prefer, saving you time and frustration. You see the home you love and we write up an offer on California BRE approved forms. The offer may be countered rejected or accepted. We may do this several times but eventually an offer is accepted.

5. We open the escrow, you send in the deposit to begin escrow. And the paperwork starts coming.

6. We help you to navigate through it all Escrow papers, California disclosures, Home Inspections, pest reports, Hazards Report and a lot of misc. disclosures, items, all the while you have worked with the lender to complete the loan process and get full approval along with an appraisal.

7. Finally after 15-20 days you have full Loan approval, loan Cost Disclosure made by the lender, loan funding, Grant Deed recording, and congratulations you are the proud owner of your new home, and you get the keys!
